You have full control over your data. We access your information only when you authorize us.

Should you choose to withdraw this authorization, your data becomes inaccessible to us.

We do not use any specific personal identifiers unless explicitly selected by you.

Each brand has only access to its own data.

Multiple users from your company can access your brand’s Orphex account. Only added users can view accounts and workspaces that they are authorized to access.

Orphex's infrastructure is built on a foundation of security and privacy. Our servers, operating on secure local networks, are impenetrable to external threats. This setup guarantees that your data is processed in a highly secure environment, accessible only to those with explicit authorization.

To access our database, a VPN is a prerequisite, ensuring that only designated departments can view sensitive information. This layer of security is complemented by our SHA256 Hashing encrypted tokens.

We utilize Kubernetes, orchestrated with Rancher, always ensuring we're operating on its most updated version.

For our VPN needs, we rely on ZeroTier, coupled with PostgreSQL for database management. Our backend and frontend development are powered by Laravel and VueJs, respectively, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
