How Each Change Is Approved
Porter routes every action, from a budget change to a HubSpot update, through a single tool marked “destructive”. Your assistant’s permission prompt is the only gate, and it covers all 750+ actions at once. Porter’s own guidance asks the assistant to name the campaign, the current value and the new one, one change per confirmation. That is good practice, and it lives in instructions to the assistant rather than in the product.
In Orphex, on the Free or Action plan with changes switched on for the workspace, the product enforces the steps. Each change is proposed, previewed with values read from the platform, and confirmed with a confirmation that carries that preview. A separate readiness check can test whether a change would be accepted without proposing it.
For example: On a $200K/month account you ask for a 20% budget cut on three Meta campaigns. If “Always allow” was clicked earlier on Porter’s action tool, the three changes can run without a prompt. In Orphex you see three before-and-after lines and confirm them.
