Where the Approval Lives
Windsor’s write tools are marked as destructive, and the assistant is asked to confirm with you before it calls them. That means the approval is your assistant’s permission prompt. If you click “Always allow” once, later writes can run without a prompt.
In Orphex (Free or Action plan, changes switched on for the workspace) the proposal comes back as a preview first: Orphex validates it, reads the current values from the platform and returns a preview. The change runs only on a confirmation that carries that exact preview, within 15 minutes. If your workspace requires a second approver, the change waits for a second person, and the requester’s own approval doesn’t count.
For example: Windsor’s own sample prompt is “Pause any ad set with CPA above $50 over the last 7 days.” On a $200K/month account that can touch dozens of ad sets. In Orphex each pause is its own preview with the ad set’s current status and the new one, so a campaign you did not mean to include is visible before anything pauses.
Pause any ad set with CPA above $50 over the last 7 days.
These 4 ad sets match, so there are 4 previews, one per ad set. One is in a campaign you might not mean to touch, so I marked it.
